give back to my city- find somewhere to serve/volunteer a few times.
work on building my very own dream business.
pursue personal fitness in the form of yoga/pilates and regular running.
continue to simplify our lives by spending less, getting rid of possessions we don't need and enjoying time spent with less distractions.
continue to eat and cook healthily and organically.
frequent more farmer's markets.
read more books about food.
read my Bible more.
write boldly about my faith journey.
pay off my school debt and start saving for travel.
get paid to cook for people.
cater some events.
sell our house and find a place to live that we both really love.
fall deeply in love with my niece/nephew when he/she graces us with their presence.
work on deepening my prayer life.
celebrate my brother-in-law and new sister-in-law's wedding this summer.
put in some good work and make some progress in my struggles with anxiety.
cook some daggone good food.
plan/spend more time with friends and family.
continue to invest and get involved in our church community.
give time care and energy to my friendships.
continue to step out of my comfort zone.
when we do buy things, buy local and/or handmade.
...and focus on enjoying every day, one day at a time.

Love your list. I, too hope to increase my time in the Word and make prayer a part of my daily life. I started reading "Jesus Calling: Seeking Peace in His Presence," two days ago and I think you'd enjoy it!
