Photo Friday: Fish Tacos.

Fish Tacos I made a few months ago. Crusted, fried Mahi Mahi, shredded lettuce, cheese, radishes, homemade salsa, lime juice and a toasted tortilla. Yummy! Although I found out that fried fish are not really supposed to go in fish tacos. :)

A local taco place makes fried fish tacos with little rings of fried jalapenos included - authentic? Maybe not ... but delicious? Oh yes. Yours look "oh yes" delicious!

So, you could make Jeff very happy by making some of this for him sometime. Fish tacos are one of his favorite things!!
