Shoe parade.

*We are on vacation in Montana this week, so this post comes to you from the past!:) I'll miss you all, have a great week!

Shoes. They've always been a struggle for me. Right up there with accessories. I just like clothes so much, I have a hard time spending my money on anything else. And I hate buying shoes out of pure necessity. I prefer unique shoes that add something to your outfit, rather than simply covering your feet.

I've been thoroughly enjoying (obsessing over) Seychelles lately. Their shoes are unique, comfortable, affordable and adorable! Some of my favorites:

Seychelles

Here are some of the other shoe brands I really love:

Betsey Johnson.

Poetic License

Dolce Vita

What about you? What's your favorite shoe brand?

I really hate shopping for clothes since I have gained some weight and I have always loved buying shoes. I am the same as you in that i like unique shoes with color. I love the ones that you picked out!

My current favorite brand is Seychelles for their details and versitility. I also really like Clarks (& Privo) for the comfort. Great picks!

I adore Seychelles shoes...they are probably my favorite shoe brand right now...also Jeffrey Campbell. I recently purchased the Seychelles Trip the Light Fantastic in Taupe-(the very first shoe you show above in Aqua)I LOVE them. The fit is great, they are comfortable and easy to walk in.

I have been eyeballing the Seychelles Gypsy sandals for forever. I want them in black, which is pretty basic, but I need a pair of black sandals for the summer (I have none, can you believe it?!) and these just look so kickass.

Oh my goodness I'm in love with those red polka dot shoes. I would be falling over every ten seconds if I tried wearing them though. :(

You can rock a heel. I, on the other hand, would fall on my face. I trip wearing Converse! ;-)

I am a huge fan of shoes and accessories. I think that comes from a lifetime of being overweight and having limited clothes options. I had to find a way to express my style so accessories became my friend.

seychelles are probably my #1 fav. i've had at least one pair of their shoes at a time since... maybe high school?? freshman year of college?? even the heels are comfortable which is insane. they must use fairy dust in the construction. i just got the two pairs that i ordered from them a while back (had to send them and exchange sizes, yadda yadda) and i am in love. i want to plan every single outfit around them.

that said... me too makes pretty great basic flats that are comfy. i also have some great pairs by franco sarto and linea paolo. they both used to make such unique, comfortable shoes but recently they've been a little iffy (except for my 'frisco' flat which i'm obsessed with).

I agree with/love all your pics. I would add Jeffrey Campbell to that list (although not everything), and Lucky Brand :)

You and I have very similar shoe taste my dear ;-) I adore Seychelles. I saw those Bette Flats in Anthropologie when I was in California and they are adorable. I love every pair of Seychelles you posted.
Poetic License has always been a favorite of mine, and Miss Albright are quickly becoming a staple in my closet.
Great post!
